Mozes and Tea Rat were beginning to tire as we trudged toward the bridge. The wooden planks creaked under our feet as we began to cross.
“Oh lets stop a moment,” Mozes begged. “My feet are beginning to hurt.”
“We will stop beyond the bridge,” Tea Rat assured him, smiling.
Mozes reluctantly complied.
I walked on confidently, and Mozes followed.
Just then a paw shot from below the bridge and pulled Mozes down into the creek below.
“Mozesssssssssss!” I called, but it was too late. I saw a raccoon dashing across the meadow with an unconscious Mozes thrown over its back….

This is a muddling mess...what in the world are we to do? That racoon is such a goon! I anticipate his smurks and naughty ways will catch up to him one day! We must dust off the mess and come up with a plan!
I suggest a meeting at the midnight hour...
